By using Hayana you agree to the terms below.

1. Your account
- You must be 13 or older and provide a real email address for verification.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
- One account per person; do not use an account to impersonate anyone.
2. Health content — please read
Calorie estimates from photos are produced by AI and can be wrong. Calorie targets are calculated with common formulas that do not account for medical conditions, medication or pregnancy. If you have an underlying condition, are pregnant, or plan a significant change to your diet or exercise, speak to a doctor first. Do not use the app to self-diagnose or self-treat.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not harass others through invitations or shared activities.
- Do not upload unlawful content or content that violates another person’s privacy.
- Do not probe, disrupt, or attempt to access other users’ data.
We may suspend accounts that breach the above.
4. Paid plans
- Pro and Family plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; after cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- The 7-day trial is available once per account; you are only charged when the trial ends.
- In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies.
- Prices are shown for your country; countries without local pricing are billed in USD.
5. Your data
The data you record is yours. You can export or delete it at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
6. The service may change
We may add, change or discontinue a feature. If we discontinue the service entirely we will give notice and enough time for you to download your data.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hayana is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. The app is provided “as is”.

9. Additional terms for the App Store version (Apple)
This section applies to the Hayana app downloaded from the App Store, as required by Apple. Where it differs from the sections above, this section prevails in matters concerning Apple.
- This agreement is between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Scope of licence. You are granted a non-transferable licence to use Hayana on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
- Maintenance and support. We are solely responsible. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for this app.
- Warranty. We are solely responsible for any warranty. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any). Beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app, including product liability, legal and regulatory compliance, and consumer protection requirements.
- Intellectual property. If a third party claims the app infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defence and resolution of that claim.
- Export compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third-party terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the app.
- Apple as third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce it against you.
